Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Vyra collects when you use hirevyra.com and the Vyra app, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at hirevyra@gmail.com.

1. Who we are

Vyra ("Vyra", "we", "us") provides an AI marketing assistant for small businesses at hirevyra.com. Vyra is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at hirevyra@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form; we never see or store them in plain text.
  • Business profile: your business name, website, industry, location, description, target audience, marketing goal, brand color, logo and links to your social media profiles.
  • Content and instructions: campaign briefs, messages you send to the AI employee, and the strategies, ideas, scripts and videos created in your workspace.
  • Workspace members: names and email addresses of people who belong to your workspace.

Information from services you connect

  • Social accounts: if you connect YouTube, Instagram or TikTok, we receive access tokens that let Vyra publish content and read performance metrics (such as views, likes, comments and shares) on your behalf. Tokens are encrypted before they are stored.
  • Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status, plan and a Stripe customer reference. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

  • Sign-in sessions: when you log in we record the session, including your IP address and browser type, to keep your account secure.
  • Usage records: your credit balance and history, records of AI tasks run in your workspace (for example which model was used and its cost), and an activity log of important actions.

3. How we use your information

  • To create and run your account and workspace.
  • To provide the service: analyzing your business, researching your market, writing strategies and scripts, generating videos, and scheduling and publishing content to accounts you connect.
  • To process payments, manage subscriptions and track credits.
  • To send you service emails, such as a welcome email and password reset links. When you sign up, your name and email are also sent to our team inbox so we can welcome and support new users.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. AI processing

To generate content, Vyra sends the relevant parts of your business profile, campaign briefs and messages to the AI providers listed below. Their outputs are returned to your workspace. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete, so please review it before you publish it.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Vyra, and only as needed:

  • Vercel (website and app hosting)
  • Supabase (database and file storage, including uploaded logos)
  • Stripe (payments and subscriptions)
  • Resend (sending emails)
  • Anthropic (AI text generation: analysis, strategy, scripts and chat)
  • fal.ai (AI video generation)
  • Google (YouTube), Meta (Instagram) and TikTok, only when you connect those accounts and ask Vyra to publish or read metrics

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Vyra, our users or others.

6. International transfers

Our service providers may store and process information in countries other than your own, including the United States and Singapore. When we transfer information, we rely on providers that apply appropriate security measures.

7. Cookies

Vyra uses only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. How long we keep information

We keep your information while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records (for example, payment records) to meet legal obligations.

9. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, encrypted storage of connected-account tokens, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we process it. To make a request, email hirevyra@gmail.com from the email address on your account. You can also revoke Vyra's access to a connected social account at any time from that account's own security settings (Google, Meta or TikTok), or ask us to remove the connection.

11. Children

Vyra is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app.
